Mainland Capital is delighted to announce its appointment as Fund Manager for one of New Zealand’s largest privately owned health precincts. Since its establishment in 2011, the Forte Health Precinct was developed to market-leading standards and comprises a state-of-the-art healthcare facility containing Australasia’s first carbon-neutral hospital.

Over the last five months, we have worked closely with the owners to develop a comprehensive strategy to take this key infrastructure asset to its full potential. That includes fund and asset management initiatives, capital structuring and development master planning.
