Mainland Capital is pleased to announce the completion of a capital raise for its flagship logistics fund; Mainland Income Fund 3. Mainland Capital has raised c.$31m to acquire 20 Sir James Wattie Drive, Hornby, Christchurch, providing further diversification and income for the fund.

This new investment comprises a three-building asset situated on 3.9 hectares of land in a prime logistics location. The fund has acquired the property to increase the average lease term (WALT), enhance the total return prospects over the medium term and increase investors’ exposure to the fast-growing logistics sector.

The acquisition is a positive result for the fund which is well positioned as a $120 million A-grade logistics fund, benefitting from diversification across 8 assets and 8 national and international tenants.
