Mainland Capital is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join our client management team. We are looking for a naturally engaging person who will be the interface with Mainland Capital’s internal and external clients. The person will be responsible for the running of the office and work across a number of teams within the firm. This multi-dimensional role is an opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in the dynamic world of investment management.

- Office Management and Front of House
- Report co-ordination

- Investor Onboarding
- Compliance Administration

- Articulate with strong written and oral communication skills

- Display initiative and strong work ethic
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Willing to take on a wide variety of tasks
- An understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance requirements
- Experience in reading legal documents would be an advantage
- Intermediate Adobe / InDesign skills
- Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Excel and database management
- CRM System management
