Mainland’s Growth Funds focus on value-add and opportunistic real estate strategies in the New Zealand market. These opportunities target higher returns and inherently carry higher risk. As such, they are only suitable for a select number of Mainland clients. Strategies are deal-specific and are not driven by asset type, location, or diversification targets. Business plans typically involve the repositioning and/or development of property assets to maximise rental income and generate enhanced total returns.

The alternative investment strategies consist of targeted approaches within non-traditional asset classes, with a particular emphasis on sectors demonstrating structural undersupply and long-term macro tailwinds.
