Arrangement

Sourcing and arranging finance across the entire capital structure including senior debt, mezzanine and equity. This includes project managing the financing process from negotiation of initial terms through to credit approvals, legal documentation and transaction closing. Restructuring

Restructuring of distressed assets / loan books - evaluating and implementing restructuring plans including any combination of asset sales, debt for equity swaps and joint venture workouts.
